Rich graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He brings over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry to 91快播.
Rich's greatest accomplishment is "organizing and providing training to people, which prepares them for enhanced job opportunities and, potentially, betters their lives."

In his free time, Rich enjoys golfing, tennis, travelling, and attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
