Graduation is what you achieve when you complete your program requirements and earn your diploma. You must apply to graduate whether you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony or not. You must apply by March 6, 2026 to be included in the commencement ceremony printed program.
Commencement is the ceremony to celebrate your graduation. Any student who is graduating may participate. You do not need to RSVP and there is no limit to the number of guests you may invite.
Guests with ADA seating needs: Main gates open at 5:30 p.m., 30 minutes earlier than general seating, for those requiring ADA seating/additional time. Ushers will assist guests with accessible spaces. No reservations needed! See the accommodation page for more details on parking, seating, and other access information (scroll down).
Students and employees: Apply for accommodations by April 25. See the ADA accommodation request page for graduates, faculty and staff for more information specific to accessibility.

All graduates attending the ceremony are strongly encouraged to wear a cap and gown to graduation, although it is not required. Caps, gowns and tassels will be available for purchase in the Bookstore after spring break. You can also . Sizes may be limited closer to graduation. The cost of the set is $40. Individual tassels are available for $10.
Graduates who are members of Phi Theta Kappa can purchase a stole and/or a tassel in the Bookstore.
91快播 recognizes graduates who have served or are currently serving in the armed forces. Veteran honor cords in red, white, and blue, are available at no additional cost. Veterans are invited to wear the veteran honor cord with their academic regalia during the commencement ceremony.
Please bring proof of military service, such as a military ID or a DD214, when picking up honor cords in the Military and Veterans Service Center.
Graduates enter at stadium's East gate. Look for signs.
TCO Stadium is an open football stadium. The ceremony will be held rain or shine.
Guests and graduates should not wear high/spiked heels for your safety and consideration of the stadium turf field area.

Guests: Follow the signs to enter TCO Stadium. The stadium entrance will open at 6 p.m.
There is no limit to the number of guests a graduate can bring, and guests do not need tickets.

When you are nearing completion of your program requirements, you must apply to graduate.
Your Degree Audit shows the program requirements you have met and what requirements you still need to meet for graduation.
It is important to ensure that you pass all in-progress classes and maintain a 2.0 GPA overall (or higher). Failure to do so may result in not meeting graduation requirements.
Within one month after the semester ends, your graduation application will be processed to make certain you have completed your degree requirements. If you have fulfilled all requirements, your degree completion will be posted to your transcript and you will receive an email confirming completion of your degree. Your unofficial transcript showing your degree completion can be access through . If you need an official transcript showing completion of your degree, visit the transcript request page. Employers and other outside agencies can verify degree completion through the .
When you have completed your requirements, the Enrollment Center will order your diploma. You should receive your diploma in the U.S. Mail within 12 weeks after your last semester.
